Quotes of the Day for 7 May 2003 – Proverbs

A couple of times in the past I've run a set of proverbs. The trick is getting it down to a dozen from some 370 in my database. I cut out anything I'd used in the last year, then cut it down to one per country, and then tossed out half of those by whim. I hope you enjoy what's left.
