General Douglas MacArthur, born at Little Rock, Arkansas on this day in 1880, once said, "We are not retreating - we are advancing in another direction." On another occasion he said, "I came through and I shall return." I could have chosen quotes from MacArthur, but instead I decided to let his most famous quote determine today's theme.
