Quotes of the Day for 25 February 2002 – Voice
The Italian tenor Enrico Caruso was born at Naples, Italy on this day in 1873. He was the 18th of 21 children, but the first to live past infancy. First as a boy soprano, and later as he was considered the King of Tenors, his voice was powerful and clear. Recording technology during his life doesn't allow us to compare him to today's tenors, but I'll use the occasion to pick quotes on Voice.
