Quotes of the Day for 7 January 2002 – Smiles

Millard Fillmore is my favorite president, and today is the anniversary of his birth in 1800. But the reason I like him, that he never did much of anything during his term in office, means that there aren't any useful quotes. Instead, I'll respond to a reader's request for quotes on Smiles.
