Quotes of the Day for 7 November 2001 – Richard M. Nixon

After losing the California gubernatorial election, Nixon told reporters "You won't have Nixon to kick around anymore," on this day in 1962. Exactly ten years later, Nixon defeated George McGovern in a dramatic landslide. History hasn't been kind to the former president, but there are certainly a lot of quotes by and about him to choose from today.
