Quotes of the Day for 22 March 2001 – Water

Today is World Day for Water and for various reasons I can't pass that up. Living on an island in a region known for it's rain is part of it, the current shortages of water (and therefore electricity) in the western US makes the subject more timely. Here are some quotes on water.
