Quotes of the Day for 15 January 2001 – Martin Luther King, Jr

It is told that when Martin Luther King, Jr was born on this day in 1929 he didn't cry, and there was concern that the baby had not survived the difficult birth. It didn't take many years for the boy to develop a powerful voice for peace and equality. It was hard winnowing my collection of his sayings down to this small offering.
