Quotes of the Day for 24 December 2004 - Christmas Eve

But if you were a regular, you could go in the back room and help yourself to a drink and have a bit of conversation. Then home to a big dinner with the good silver, which had to be washed and dried before we could start on the presents. Then my dad would read the Saint Luke's account of the first Christmas, we opened our gifts, and went off to church at 11:00 pm. The first day of Christmas starts at sundown today, I hope your's is everything you need it to be.
