Another international star was born on this day, to go with the two from yesterday. Mary Jane West was born at Brooklyn, New York on this day. The date we know, but the year is a mystery since after assuming her stage name, Mae West claimed or was reported to have been born in 1888, 1892, 1893, and 1900. No matter her real age, she was certainly quotable!
