Quotes of the Day for 10 February 2004 - Questions

In another request, a reader named Mark was looking for quotes about Question Marks. I had to widen the query a bit to fill out today's theme, I hope Mark's as happy with this selection as I am. There are quite a few good quotes on questions, eliminating most of them wasn't easy.
