Index | Next => I looked over today's birthdays and history, and nothing moved me. I looked back at the quotes for this day for the last three years, and see that I couldn't find any historical themes then, either. So I just let a word bubble up from nowhere and searched on it. Lo and behold, I had exactly six quotes on Bubbles.
Life is mostly froth and bubble, Like bubbles on the sea of matter borne, They rise, they
break, and to that sea return. Dig within. Within is the wellspring of Good; and it is
always ready to bubble up, if you just dig. If you go into what I call a bubble boom, every bubble bursts. I, for one, get rather annoyed when I settle into a nice
bubble bath with some Belgian chocolate and a mystery at my
side only to discover that all of the characters in the
latter are still alive at the end. No bubble is so iridescent or floats longer than that
blown by the successful teacher.
