A randomly selected quotation:
I told Johnson and old colleagues on Capitol Hill that we had two clear choices. Either win the [Vietnam] war in a relatively short time, say within a year, or pull out all our troops and come home. - Barry Goldwater, 1909 - 1998

Almost back!

After surgery, chemo, radiation, and managing to completely shut the site down for six weeks while doing a simple upgrade, I'm almost back. There are still some things broken, a few I know about and probably a few that I don't, but I'm planning on actually mailing the daily quotes again by Thanksgiving! Let me know if you see something that isn't working right and I'll add it to the list.

Your Quote of the Day

We Deliver:

E-mail: We deliver the Quotes of the Day, a half dozen quotes on a theme, in both plain text and HTML. Since 1998 we've been mailing words of wisdom to thousands of readers. Late each night (early morning Pacific time) we choose a theme and quotes to match, then deliver it to our 12,584 members. Whether you're an educator, a newsletter publisher, or just fascinated by the little bits of wisdom collected over the ages, a week from now you'll be glad you subscribed. Subscribe here, first option.

E-mail lite: Pressed for time? The iQuote is the "inspirational" single quote, with no introduction. Subscribe here, second option.

Twitter: Get a quote every hour through the day when you follow thequotemaster on Twitter profile.
